Pivotal Point Apartments Homeless Supportive Housing Other Project Based Waiting List

The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) Homeless Supportive Housing waiting list applications for Pivotal Point Apartments is currently closed. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the EHA, "Pivotal Point Apartments provides subsidized/income based permanent housing with supportive services to special needs applicants who have experienced homelessness."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
